- You will create, optimise and maintain CNC programs using modern CAM software
- You will demonstrate your technical strength in the programming and simulation of 3- and 5-axis milling operations
- Technical drawings, CAD data and work plans into production-ready CAM programs
- you adapt existing programs in a targeted manner and optimise them in terms of runtime, quality and tool life
- in close cooperation with work preparation, production and quality assurance, you make full use of your expertise
Requirements
- You have completed technical training, for example as a cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic, tool mechanic, or have a comparable qualification
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in CAM programming
- You are well versed in 3- to 5-axis milling, for example on Hermle, Grob or DMG machines
- A structured, independent and solution-orientated way of working is a matter of course for you
- With common CAM software such as COSCOM, Siemens NX, Mastercam or HyperMill
- You have already gained experience with Vericut
- You are familiar with single part or small series production
- You have a good knowledge of the Sinumerik 840D control system
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
