- You carry out body-related and treatment care measures for the people accommodated and respond to their individual needs
- Counselling on the health-related needs of the residents:
- You organise necessary medical appointments and examinations and coordinate all processes in the reception facility during home visits
- In coordination with doctors, hospitals, specialist medical services, care services and cost bearers, you observe the applicable interpretation aids and thus ensure optimal care
- you provide active support during the initial medical examination - both by liaising with the public health department and by providing organisational assistance and reporting infectious diseases
- you conscientiously maintain and process facility-related lists and documents
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
- You have proof of a measles vaccination
- You can provide proof of a valid health certificate in accordance with IFSG
- Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
