• You take over the basic and treatment care of the people cared for directly in their homes
• You drive to the clients independently:
• You will carry out dressing changes, medication administration and blood pressure measurements professionally and safely
• You will document all care measures carefully and comprehensibly using the tablet provided
• You will use the MEDIFOX DAN programme independently for documentation and route planning
• Individual care, observation and assessment of residents:
• You will organise contact with relatives and doctors in an empathetic, clear and professionally sound manner

• You have completed 3 years of training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)
• German language skills at a business fluent level
• Technical affinity is important, especially in dealing with iPad and MEDIFOX DAN
• a driving licence is essential, as you will be travelling with the company vehicle
• reliability, empathy and a sense of responsibility characterise you
• willingness to work from 7-13:30 a.m. and, if necessary, also in the late shift from 1 p.m.-6 p.m./7 p.m.
• Every two weeks you reliably take over weekend shifts
