- The individual basic and treatment care according to the wishes of our residents is a matter close to your heart
- You attach great importance to individual care and organise the day according to the needs of the residents:
- Proper documentation of the entire care process is a matter of course for you
- As part of the team, you ensure the quality of care and compliance with standards
- As an expert in your field, you provide our residents and their relatives with advice and support in case of queries
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- Professional experience as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing care worker (m/f/d) is an advantage, but not a must
- As a motivated team player:You impress with your empathy and social skills
- Working in shifts (2- or 3-shift system) is no problem for you
- With good German language skills at a minimum B2 or C1 level, you communicate confidently in spoken and written form
- You are characterised by an independent and solution-oriented way of working and put a smile on the faces of our residents
