Job description

  • In the home environment, you will take responsibility for the basic and treatment care of patients and ensure their well-being
  • You will reliably complete the proper care documentation and adhere to all specifications
  • Medication administration and the provision of IKM are also part of your area of responsibility

Requirements

  • You have completed training as a nurse (m/f/d), health and nursing professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • You have already gained professional experience in outpatient care
  • You must have a driving licence to work in the field
  • Good written and spoken German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
