Job description

  • You will support your team in the care of around 50 properties in Düsseldorf
  • You will drive independently to the various locations with the company car
  • Your task is to, provide bins and ensure order and cleanliness in the outdoor area
  • You take care of thorough stair cleaning once a week
  • You carry out light renovation work such as filling or wallpapering on your own responsibility

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have good manual skills and like to get stuck in
  • You already have a class B driving licence
  • It goes without saying that you work independently, reliably and responsibly
  • You have ideally already gained some experience in the caretaker sector
  • You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
