Job description
- You are responsible for supervising and identifying defects in the general condition of the building (stairwells, cellar corridors and attics) and the traffic areas in the residential environment (observe the duty to maintain road safety) and for visual inspections of technical systems
- You are also responsible for checking the functionality of the building's electrics and general doors for lockability, for minor repairs and for reading meter readings
- The inspection of services such as cleaning and repairs as well as reporting any defects to the cleaning team or tradesmen

- Regular checks of vacant units round off your profile
Requirements
- You have completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or another technical qualification
- Technical understanding and manual skills are a matter of course for you
- You have a good command of spoken German
- You have a car driving licence
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and an independent way of working speak for you
- a valid work permit rounds off your profile
