- You will independently carry out maintenance and minor repairs
- In addition, you will be responsible for carrying out and documenting tours to check the buildings
- You will safely operate technical building systems and ensure their smooth operation
- You will also be responsible for any necessary spatial conversions
- Your activities will also include furnishing the rooms with furniture, technology and other materials

Requirements
- You do not need any special training, but you do have sound technical knowledge and a strong technical understanding
- You have a valid class B driving licence
- You have an affinity for IT and are confident in using digital applications
- Knowledge of electrical, heating and plumbing technology is welcome
- The prerequisites for employment are valid work papers (work permit) and knowledge of German
