- You carry out conscientious inspections, monitoring general order, cleanliness and road safety
- You receive tenant reports and process them in a service-oriented manner
- You carefully monitor service providers working for BIMA, especially in the areas of cleaning, garden maintenance and winter services
- You coordinate maintenance work such as minor repairs or work in empty flats, You also take on the management of external companies
- You actively support flat handovers and flat repossessions
- You conduct tenant consultations reliably and helpfully
- You quickly record damage, secure damage sites and initiate immediate measures
- You actively participate in the implementation and documentation of operator and public safety obligations in the housing stock
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the craft sector and therefore have versatile skills for everyday work
- Experience in residential administration or building management is an advantage for you, but not a prerequisite
- Handicraft skills enable you to master tasks flexibly and reliably
- Knowledge of fire safety regulations, house rules and accident prevention regulations
- You use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) thanks to your good IT skills
- As a caretaker (m/f/d), you have already gained experience in property management
- A willingness to communicate and the ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner, are among your strengths
- You regularly demonstrate organisational talent when coordinating different tasks
- Your working style is characterised by a high level of personal responsibility
- You have a class B driving licence and are willing to drive company vehicles independently
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
