• You will carry out winter maintenance as required and necessary and also take on cleaning work
• You will reliably carry out the locking service, especially in the morning
• You will look after, maintain and repair municipal buildings and outdoor facilities, especially the office building
• You will carry out minor repairs and manual work professionally
• You will check the technical building equipment,
• Prepare events in organisational terms and provide support with flagging and the maintenance of green spaces and lawns
• Coordinate, instruct and supervise the work of external service providers and tradesmen
• Ensure order and cleanliness in the properties under your care
• Actively support internal transport work, removals and set-up and dismantling work

• You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, e.g. as an electrical engineer (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d) and have appropriate professional experience
• You have a class B driving licence and a municipal company vehicle is available
• You have an additional qualification for testing electrical systems in accordance with DGUV regulation 3 as well as current practical experience
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
• You are reliable and committed to your tasks
