Job description
- You are responsible for the care and maintenance of buildings and outdoor facilities
- You ensure the cleanliness of the premises
- You are also responsible for carrying out minor repairs independently
- You take care of the supervision of renovation and maintenance work by external service providers
- You are the contact person for employees in your own area
Requirements
- You are very welcome as a career changer (m/f/d)
- You have technical understanding and manual skills
- You have a good command of spoken German
- You also have a car driving licence
- You are reliable, motivated and enjoy working in a team
