- You will be responsible for the setting and monitoring of interlinked needlefelt lines during ongoing production
- You will take care of material stocking and booking using SAPsystem and hand scanner
- You carry out set-up processes and product changes in accordance with the production specifications
- You are responsible for initiating and carrying out simple repairs and maintenance to ensure system availability
- You carry out quality checks on the manufactured products
- You are responsible for fault detection and rectification in accordance with company regulations and quality standards.and rectification of faults in accordance with company regulations and quality specifications
- The IT-supported documentation of production data and quality indicators rounds off your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed training as a textile machine operator (m/f/d) or have at least 1 year of professional experience in regularly carrying out the activities of a machine operator (m/f/d), ideally in carpet, mixed nonwoven or nonwoven production
- You are characterised by confident handling of system controls and the SAP system
- Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
- You are naturally willing to work shifts and weekends
- You have a strong awareness of quality, technical understanding and manual dexterity for minor repair or set-up work
- you will also be willing to undergo further training and instruction
