Job description

  • You are responsible for the professional handling of all checkout processes in compliance with internal guidelines to ensure a high quality of service for your customers on site
  • You are responsible for the careful execution of the cash register accounting as well as the documentation of differences to ensure complete and correct accounting at the end of the day
  • You advise your customers in a friendly manner:
  • You will provide friendly advice to customers with questions about products or the range and contribute significantly to overall customer satisfaction through your competent demeanour
  • As part of your job, you will support the team in stocking goods in the checkout area and always ensure that your immediate working environment has a neat appearance

Requirements

  • You have completed training in retail or you have sound professional experience in a comparable position with direct customer contact and active cash register management
  • Your working style is characterised by a high level of reliability and a pronounced service orientation, whereby you always keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written are essential for daily communication with customers and for internal coordination within your team:
  • With a friendly demeanour and a team-oriented personality, you are convincing and show the necessary flexibility to work within normal business hours
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany and a permanent residence in Germany
