Job description
- You will be responsible for the professional execution of all grinding activities on various cast components in preparation for further testing
- In addition, you will be responsible for precise visual inspections and the performance of hardness measurements on the produced workpieces
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for the removal of hollow bore samples and ensure the complete labelling of all tested components
- The preparation of components for subsequent digitisation is also part of your daily and responsible tasks
- As part of your job, you will support the execution of PT tests and document all results reliably.tests and document all results securely in IT systems
- Furthermore, you will support the team in familiarising yourself with simple UT measurements in accordance with the applicable quality standards
Requirements
- You have completed training as a foundry mechanic (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have initial practical experience in working with hand-operated grinding machines and a strong technical understanding
- Furthermore, you have a high level of quality awareness and a valid forklift and crane licence for everyday work
- Finally, you are absolutely reliable and crane licence for everyday work

- You have a good to very good level of written and spoken German
