• You check incoming and outgoing invoices and outgoing invoices carefully for tax relevance and compliance with tax requirements and take over the correct posting of the documents
• With a trained eye, you will confidently assess complex foreign tax matters and document them professionally
• You will use analyses to check the account assignment under budgetary law and ensure correct accounting presentation
• You will reliably record and post incoming documents from the specialist offices in the SAP accounting programme, In doing so, you observe the requirements of financial controlling

• You can rely on a completed training as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are familiar with common MS Office products
• You have knowledge of VAT law or are interested in it, you feel confident in the financial software KM-Finances (SAP) or are willing to familiarise yourself with it
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a valid work permit
