Job description

  • You will operate systems and components in chemical production for material processing, for example during grinding, sieving, classifying or washing
  • With your specialist knowledge, you will make independent decisions on the processing of chemical products, for example when tensioning sieves or calibrating pH probes
  • You will prepare preparations for chemical production and ensure that all specifications are met, that all specifications are met
  • You support an efficient production process by prioritising the production programme according to the specifications
  • You ensure product quality and initiate the necessary measures in the event of machine malfunctions, including reporting to superiors and coordinating repairs
  • You keep quality records, shift logs and IRW lists (DIVA) and document all relevant process postings in the system, for example in the LED centre or SAP
  • You contribute to continuous improvement through your active participation in the CIP process (shop floor, OE activities)

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed technical training or have several years of professional experience with specialised additional training in chemical production
  • Multiple years of professional experience in chemical production is desirable; General knowledge of hazards in the workplace and knowledge of hazardous substances are an advantage
  • Lean knowledge makes your everyday work easier
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office; you also have basic knowledge of SAP and other IT systems
  • Good written and spoken German skills and a valid work permit are available
  • You are reliable and committed to your everyday work
