Job description
- You will be responsible for the planning services of service phases 6 to 9 according to HOAI, such as the preparation of service specifications
- Your task will include conducting contract award negotiations
- In addition, you will determine the costs and prepare schedules
- You will also supervise the construction of demanding civil engineering projects
Requirements
- You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable field of study
- You already have several years of professional experience in construction management and supervision
- You are familiar with the use of AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office
- Flexibility characterises you, because you show the necessary willingness to travel
- You have a valid class B driving licence
