Job description
- You will be responsible for the planning services of service phases 6-9 according to HOAI, such as the preparation of service specifications
- You will be responsible for contract award negotiations
- You will be responsible for carrying out cost calculations and preparing schedules
- You will be responsible for the construction supervision of demanding civil engineering projects
Requirements
- You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), project engineering (m/f/d) or a comparable field of study
- You have several years of professional experience in construction management and supervision
- You also have experience in using the following software: Auto CAD, MS Project and MS Office
- German language skills at native speaker level distinguish you
- you show a willingness to travel regionally on business
- you score points with a car driving licence
- an independent, structured and deadline-oriented way of working rounds off your profile
