- Your tasks include the maintenance, renovation and investment of various municipal traffic areas, roadside greenery, bus stops, parking areas and drainage systems, as well as green spaces and parks
- You will carefully coordinate measures with the approval authorities and users and coordinate the processes
- You will be responsible for the client function, so that you accompany construction projects professionally
- Within your area of responsibility, you handle funding matters and take care of the application and processing
- You maintain the tourist signposting system expertly, so that all visitors can use safe and reliable signposts
- You are responsible for traffic safety in traffic areas and for street trees, including the management and maintenance of a tree register
- You are responsible for budget planning and ensure transparent resource management
- You reliably record and maintain digital data to ensure up-to-date and correct documentation
Requirements
- You have a degree in civil engineering (civil engineering/settlement water management) (m/f/d) or alternatively have completed training as a state-certified technician (civil engineering/building construction) (m/f/d)
- Founded knowledge in dealing with planning and building regulations as well as relevant legal regulations, for example VOB, HOAI, BbgStrG, BbgWG and BNatSchG, you already have
- you are confident with specialist and common software and use it routinely for your daily tasks
- experience in the management and handling of construction projects is one of your strengths and helps you to implement projects efficiently
- you have a class B driving licence and are therefore flexible in scheduling
- you have a good command of German and a valid work permit
