- Your tasks include the broad field of maintenance, renovation and investment in municipal traffic areas, from roadside greenery, bus stops and parking areas to drainage systems, green spaces and parks
- You will be responsible for consultation and coordination with approval authorities, but also with various users
- In the client function, you will take responsibility for plans and projects in the described area of responsibility
- You will handle all funding matters, that fall within your area of responsibility
- You will also be responsible for maintaining the tourist signposting system
- You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of traffic areas and street trees as well as maintaining the tree register
- Your involvement in budget planning is essential for the successful implementation of projects
- You will record and maintain digital data, to ensure efficient administration and documentation
Requirements
- You have a degree in civil engineering (civil engineering or urban water management) (m/f/d)
- Alternatively, you have completed a sound training as a state-certified technician (civil engineering/building construction) (m/f/d)
- In dealing with planning and building regulations and legal provisions such as VOB, HOAI, BbgStrG, BbgWG or BNatSchG you are confident and know your way around
- Your routine in the use of common and specialist software is well developed
- If you have already gained experience in the management and handling of construction projects, this is an advantage for your new role
- You have a class B driving licence for additional mobility
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
