- You are responsible for the production of simple geometric workpieces - you prepare clamping devices and tools, align them, set them up, carry out test runs and use the specified test equipment
- You set up the workpieces according to the work plan and drawings, observing the specified drawing index
- You set up workpieces, carefully clamp and align them
- Carefully monitor the machine process, correct the setting data if necessary and replace tools independently
- Deburr workpieces and carefully drill holes
- Assemble, screw, pin and label assemblies professionally
- Carry out regular visual and dimensional checks on workpieces
Requirements
- Ideally, you have completed three years of training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable qualifications
- In addition, you have several years of experience in metalworking production
- You can read and implement technical drawings with basic confidence
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work in shifts
