- You will operate and monitor CNC grinding machines such as ABA, Brand and Blohm
- You will set up, set up and adjust machines for various workpieces independently
- You will carry out the quality control of the manufactured parts as part of the worker self-inspection
- You will carry out grinding processes, to produce precise surfaces and dimensions
- You consistently comply with safety and quality standards
- You regularly maintain and service the machines
- You carefully document your work processes and measurement results
- You work together with the team to achieve the production targets
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) precision mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in working with CNC grinding machines, ideally with control systems such as Siemens,
- In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
- You are willing to work shifts
- You are characterised by a good technical understanding and manual skills
- A precise way of working and an eye for detail are among your strengths
- The ability to work in a team, reliability and a valid work permit round off your profile
