- You will carry out quality and visual inspections of finished workpieces carefully and according to defined standards
- You will prepare quality orders independently and process them efficiently
- You will produce series parts independently according to technical drawings
- You will routinely log on and off and deregistration of production orders in the production system
- You carry out tool changes on the CNC machines independently and ensure smooth processes
- You quickly recognise and rectify minor faults, to keep production running
- you document quality-relevant data and pass it on reliably
- your tasks also include packaging and processing metal parts as well as dimensional and quality control
- you optimise and edit CNC programs on your own responsibility
- cleaning the machines and changing components are also part of your area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the metalworking sector, e.g. as a CNC machine operator (m/f/d), CNC milling cutter (m/f/d), CNC specialist (m/f/d) or cutting machine operator (m/f/d), you have
- proven knowledge and practical experience in the field of CNC and in series production
- you are familiar with working according to technical drawings and the safe handling of CNC-controlled machines as well as tool changes
- good written and spoken German skills and a valid work permit
- you are also willing to work in a 2 or 3-shift system, to work in 2 or 3 shifts
- technical understanding and strong quality awareness characterise your way of working
- you work independently, structured and reliably
- communication skills and team orientation are essential components of your profile
