• You will be responsible for work preparation and plan the individual work steps so that the production process runs smoothly
• You will independently select suitable tools and operate them safely
• You will set up CNC lathes, programme them according to specifications and operate them reliably
• You will recognise errors at an early stage and immediately initiate the appropriate measures
• You will independently rectify faults and technical problems and ensure that production continues, that production continues
• You measure and inspect workpieces and ensure that all dimensions and tolerances are adhered to
• You carry out quality control carefully and document your results reliably
• You record all relevant work steps in the documentation and thus contribute to transparent production

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship, e.g. as a as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience in the aforementioned field and can apply your knowledge confidently
• You have valid working papers and written and spoken German
• Technical understanding is one of your strengths and you are confident working with technical drawings
• Willingness to work shifts is a matter of course for you
