- You will operate and monitor CNC lathes independently to ensure that the production process runs safely and efficiently
- You will set up the machines and programme them precisely according to drawings and the specified production parameters
- You will select and change tools independently, while continuously monitoring tool wear
- Regular dimensional checks and quality assurance of the manufactured parts are your responsibility
- You carry out simple maintenance work just as reliably as rectifying any faults that occur on the machines
- You actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes and bring your ideas to the team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of experience in CNC turning, ideally you are very familiar with control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain
- You are confident in using technical drawings and measuring equipment, This enables you to achieve precise and high-quality results
- You approach your tasks independently, reliably and in a structured manner
- You are also characterised by teamwork and a sense of responsibility
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
