- You will independently operate and set up CNC lathes to produce precise plastic and metal components
- You will programme the machines directly and according to individual requirements on the CNC controls - for example from Siemens or Fanuc
- You will conscientiously produce individual parts and small series according to technical drawings and dimensional specifications
- You will independently inspect finished components, detect faults and rectify them directly
- You carry out minor maintenance and servicing work on the machines responsibly
- You contribute to traceability and optimisation in the production team through complete documentation of production data
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), CNC lathe operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience in CNC turning, ideally also with knowledge of plastics will benefit you
- You are confident in using technical drawings and measuring equipment
- Good written and spoken German skills make communication and documentation easier for you
- You have a valid work permit for Germany
- Knowledge of CNC programming - preferably Siemens or Fanuc is part of your profile
- You have a strong awareness of quality and enjoy working in a team
