• You conscientiously check used motor housings and individual components for damage
• In addition, you assess damage according to feasibility
• You repair damage precisely using cutting machines - CNC and conventional, for example by making new threads
• You also operate CNC-controlled machines safely
• You carefully set up tools and align the machine professionally
• You take care of retooling the machines and ensure their alignment
• With your expertise, you programme the machines efficiently
• You carry out maintenance and cleaning work on your own responsibility

• You have completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in checking and assessing damage to engine housings and individual components
• Thanks to your programming skills in Siemens, Fanuc and Bosch control systems, you can work flexibly on various machines
• You are able to set tools precisely
• In addition, you have a confident command of written and spoken German
• You take great care when handling valuable raw parts
• Your high level of attention and sense of responsibility are particularly evident when working with high amounts of damage
• A valid work permit rounds off your profile
