- You will be responsible for CNC machining on modern 3-axis machining centres and use them to produce precise components
- Setting up the machines, including tool changes, is part of your job
- You will read and understand technical drawings, to correctly implement the production processes
- you select relevant tools and optimise them specifically according to the production requirements
- you routinely operate control systems such as Heidenhain and Siemens in everyday production
- you produce individual parts and small part series to the highest quality standards
- quality assurance, including visual inspection and testing with measuring equipment, is part of your daily workflow
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
- You have experience in setting up CNC-controlled machines
- Good written and spoken German and a valid work permit are required for documentation and communication
- A high degree of care and self-organisation is what sets you apart
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system
