Job description
- You will be responsible for independent programming, set-up and operation of modern CNC milling machines with Heidenhaincontrol
- you will also be responsible for monitoring the production processes and making any necessary programme corrections
- you will also be responsible for selecting tools and ensuring the availability of materials for production
- carrying out quality checks using standard measuring equipment will also be part of your daily tasks in the company
- As part of your job, you will actively support the continuous optimisation of work processes and production strategies
- In addition, you will support the regular maintenance and care of the machines and technical equipment used
- Finally, you will be responsible for documenting the work results and ensuring that all customer orders are completed on time
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in industrial mechanical metalworking
- You have a sound knowledge of programming Heidenhain controls
- You have a native level of written and spoken German
- Furthermore, you have a high level of manual dexterity and technical skills.control systems
