• You will produce small, medium and large series from steel and composite materials
• With a steady hand, you will operate and set up CNC turning and milling machines
• You will adapt and optimise CNC programs with a focus on Fanuc controls
• Independently set up production machines, systems and workstations, set up and operate or assist with the corresponding activities
• you load the machines with raw materials and remove the finished parts
• you carefully document the respective production data according to specifications
• your day-to-day work also includes carrying out and documenting in-process inspections in accordance with the applicable quality work instructions and the specified quality inspection plans
• with reliable visual and dimensional inspections, you ensure the quality of the parts produced
• . and dimensional inspections to ensure the required quality characteristics

• You have a completed apprenticeship, ideally in the metalworking sector, e.g. as a CNC specialist (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or have several years of professional experience in production
• with your practical experience in CNC production, you will impress in your day-to-day work
• ideally, you are already familiar with Fanuc controls
• you are willing to work multiple shifts and remain flexible, even if you have to work overtime
• you have a good command of technical drawings and measuring equipment
• you approach your tasks with manual dexterity and a basic technical understanding
• you have a good command of German, to communicate and understand work instructions
• you must have a class B driving licence and be mobile with a car
• you are already in possession of valid work papers
• working while standing is no problem for you
• you approach every task with care, reliability and a sense of responsibility
