Job description
- You will be responsible for preparing and setting up cylindrical grinding machines (conventional and CNC) according to plans and requirements
- You will also be responsible for programming the machine according to drawings
- You will be responsible for machining the spindles, housings and flanges according to drawings
- You are responsible for checking the dimensional accuracy and making programme adjustments
- Quality control using measuring equipment is part of your job
- You take care of the maintenance and cleaning of the machine
Requirements
- You have completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- you are confident in using measuring equipment and have several years of experience in internal and external cylindrical grinding
- reading and understanding technical drawings is a matter of course for you
- good written and spoken German skills characterise you
- you are willing to work in a 2-shift system
- commitment, reliability as well as an independent and safe way of working speak for you
- a valid work permit rounds off your professionalism
