• You ensure that workpieces are carefully cleaned, degreased, sanded, blasted or masked in the first step so that the subsequent coating adheres optimally
• Your task is also to correctly hang or place the prepared parts in the coating systems and to operate various machines for powder coating, wet coating or the dipping process
• You will use electroplating processes such as chrome plating, galvanising or hot-dip galvanising to refine the surfaces and achieve high-quality results
• You will use your trained eye to visually inspect the coated parts, check the coating thickness, look out for possible defects such as blistering and carry out functional tests independently

• Your manual dexterity and technical understanding characterise you in particular and help you to master even demanding work safely
• A precise and orderly way of working is a matter of course for you, so that you pay attention to the highest quality in every task
• You are a team player and reliable, so that your colleagues can rely on you at all times
• With your willingness to work shifts, you can adapt flexibly to changing requirements
