Job description

  • You plan tours taking into account the current production data and ensure efficient processes in day-to-day business
  • You actively shape the interface between sales, production and office work and coordinate all relevant processes
  • You monitor and plan efficient work processes in the area of scheduling, to ensure a smooth process
  • you are also the contact person for customers (m/f/d), drivers (m/f/d), fitters (m/f/d) and subcontractors (m/f/d) and answer their concerns
  • you are responsible for handling returns and complaints and implement them professionally
  • you organise furniture assembly and ensure that the teams involved are coordinated on time

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d),
  • Entrants are welcome and will receive comprehensive induction training; Initial experience in export and scheduling is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of the ZOLL-ATLAS system and MS Dynamics 365 BC is ideal or you are willing to familiarise yourself with the system, familiarisation
  • You are confident in dealing with commercial challenges and master changing requirements flexibly
  • Your good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate confidently with customers, colleagues and partners
  • With a valid work permit and residence in Germany, you are ideally positioned for this position
