- You will be responsible for configuration and change management in demanding special shipbuilding projects
- You will consistently define, monitor and maintain the configuration structure and units
- Baselines, You create and manage configuration and change reports independently
- All change requests and ECPs are recorded, coordinated and followed up until completion
- The organisation and documentation of change control processes, such as CCB meetings and the change register, are an integral part of your remit
- You ensure the end-to-end consistency and complete traceability of all KM data
- In close dialogue with internal departments, subcontractors, customers and construction yards, customers and construction yards, you coordinate the configuration processes
- with your support, functional and physical configuration audits are successfully carried out
- the review and adoption of KM documentation in accordance with project specifications are also part of your area of responsibility
Requirements
- A degree in industrial engineering, business informatics or a related field qualifies you for this role
- You have professional experience in configuration management, ideally in a maritime environment
- You are familiar with the common methods, processes and tools of configuration and change management
- In dealing with MS Office, SAP, Siemens Teamcenter and IBM JAZZ
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills enable you to communicate agilely in the project environment
- You are characterised by a proactive, structured and team-oriented way of working as well as strong communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant DIN and MIL standards (e.g. DIN EN ISO 10007, DIN EN ISO 10007, DIN EN ISO 10007, DIN EN ISO 10007). e.g. DIN EN ISO 10007, MIL-STD, VG standards) and experience in quality management (AQP) are an advantage
