For our client, a medium-sized refrigeration technology and eServices company in Erfurt, we are looking for you as Contract Administrator (m/f/d) as part of the temporary employment with takeover option.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for professional commercial processing in the sensitive area of contract management, ensuring the smooth administrative handling of all contract-related processes within the company
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the careful inventory management and general administration of all relevant documents and data, contributing to the up-to-dateness and completeness of our customers' data records
  • :
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the processing and detailed checking of all incoming maintenance logs and acceptance certificates to ensure compliance with all contractual and quality standards
  • The complete distribution and management of the comprehensive plant inventory lists is also part of your tasks, You will carry out data maintenance conscientiously and on time in the systems used
  • As part of your work, you will provide the team with significant support in issuing new service contracts in the correct form and ensure that all necessary documents are filed completely and correctly
  • Finally, you will be responsible for the structured preparation and subsequent implementation of regular contract settlements, including the necessary documentation for financial accounting

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office administrator (m/f/d) and ideally have initial professional experience in the field of refrigeration technology or services
  • In addition, you have sound practical experience in the professional handling of complex contracts and the conscientious processing and maintenance of master data in an ERP system
  • You have a sound knowledge of common MS Office applications, in particular in the use of e-mail programmes and spreadsheets with Excel, characterise you and enable you to work efficiently
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written form as well as an excellent way of expressing yourself round off your profile in order to ensure clear and professional communication with customers at all times
  • You will be able to work in a professional environment:
