Job description

  • You will take full responsibility for sales and FP&A controlling and thus manage the financial performance of the entire sales division within the global group of companies
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the detailed analysis of all sales figures as well as turnover and margins, to provide a sound basis for decision-making for the strategic direction of management
  • In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation of precise forecasts and budgets and carry out regular variance analyses in order to react proactively to market changes in the field of e-mobility
  • The preparation of meaningful management reports and presentations is also part of your tasks, preparing complex financial issues for the various specialist departments and management levels in a target group-oriented manner
  • as part of your role, you will support the sales team with in-depth financial analyses and actively participate in the design of sales strategies and the definition of ambitious sales targets
  • finally, you will be responsible for the continuous optimisation of existing controlling processes and support important investment decisions by providing business-based key figures and sound trend and risk identification

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or finance and controlling or have a comparable academic qualification
  • In addition, you have several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally gained in a manufacturing environment in the automotive industry or in a plant with a strong focus on sales
  • You are confident in the use of Qlik Sense and have sound experience in the professional use of modern BI tools and ERP systems.systems characterise you in your daily work
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for confident communication within our dynamic and internationally oriented group of companies
  • In addition, you have a high level of analytical thinking and a strong understanding of processes, which enables you to quickly penetrate complex data structures and prepare them in a targeted manner
  • Finally, you are a strong communicator with a confident manner and work independently and in a solution-oriented manner on the continuous further development of business processes to increase business efficiency
