- You will be actively involved in production controlling, which includes the careful monitoring and comprehensive evaluation of all production-relevant data, to continuously increase efficiency
- In addition, you are responsible for the precise monitoring and maintenance of all stocks within the inventory management system and thus ensure the correct mapping of stock values at all times
- Furthermore, you are responsible for the complete and error-free preparation of invoices and credit notes for incoming and outgoing deliveries, taking into account all legal and internal requirements
- The processing and booking of all incoming goods is also part of your tasks, documenting quantity and quality checks and proactively reporting deviations
- as part of your role, you will support the recording and continuous maintenance of purchase and sales contracts in the system to ensure transparent contract management

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding clerk (m/f/d) in order to start successfully in this role
- In addition, you have initial professional experience in controlling, administration or inventory management, ideally in a manufacturing or recycling-oriented company
- You have a sound knowledge of common application software (e.g. MS Office) and a strong IT and numerical affinity. MS Office) as well as a strong affinity for IT and numbers will enable you to quickly familiarise yourself with the merchandise management systems
