Job description

  • You will actively contribute to the successful implementation of various requirements by supporting the academy management, including the use of the seminar management system, processing admissions and applications including research and development of solutions
  • You will contribute to e-learning management in terms of quality, content design and statistical evaluations
  • you are committed to acquiring participants for various training topics and thus promoting the Academy's reach
  • you support the search for suitable lecturers with your own initiative and intuition
  • targeted market analyses on our training topics, content and prices
  • You play a creative and constructive role in the optimisation and further development of training topics
  • You coordinate and carry out general administrative tasks in the academy area on your own responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training and professional experience in sales, sales or marketing
  • You are communicative and service-orientated, you respond to customers and find suitable solutions
  • Understanding of sales processes and very good MS-Office-knowledge distinguish you
  • good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate professionally
  • you have a valid work permit for Germany
  • you work in an organised and structured manner both independently and as part of a team
  • your high affinity for new software programs helps you, quickly familiarise yourself with digital tools
