• You accompany and support children with and without disabilities of different age groups in everyday daycare
• In close dialogue with parents, guardians and other professionals, you ensure optimal support for the children
• Your educational work is based on the concept of the facility and the Thuringian education plan
• You prepare educational activities, carry them out and evaluate them in a reflective manner
• you carefully observe and document the children's developmental progress
• you also organise the daily routine and ensure the duty of care and supervision at all times

• You have completed training as a curative education nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience in working with children - ideally in an integrative or inclusive facility
• A high degree of empathy and sensitivity in dealing with children and their families characterises you
• You are creative and flexible in designing with children and their families characterises you
• you are creative and flexible in designing stimulating and varied activities
• teamwork and strong communication skills are a matter of course for you and support cooperation within the interdisciplinary team
