    Job description

    • You will take on customer orders, check them and create deliveries
    • You will take care of customer and sales partner support in day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations with the team and field service
    • In the processing of non-conformance management, dunning process from level 2 with customer contact and documentation
    • You handle transport management on schedule, including scheduling, coordination of deliveries, sample shipments and returns
    • Working with commercial systems such as SAP and MS Office round off your job profile

    Requirements

    • Completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, Alternatively, you can demonstrate equivalent professional experience
    • as a career changer (m/f/d) you are also welcome due to your previous professional experience in sales (office work)
    • good knowledge of MS-Office are a matter of course for you
    • Furthermore, knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantage for you
    • You bring strong communication skills and customer orientation to your daily work
    • Your structured way of working and your organisational talent speak for you
