• You accompany the entire decision-making process, from the first contact to registration, you are the central point of contact
• in close dialogue with lecturer management, course planning and site management, you actively help to further develop our sales processes
• transparent KPIs and team goals give you orientation, your ambition ensures that you not only achieve them, but exceed them

• ideally, you have experience in B2C sales, whether from personnel consulting, telephone sales or another industry
• you are also welcome to join us as a committed career changer (m/f/d)
• you enjoy sales and want to make a difference, because communication comes easily to you, you enjoy giving advice and want to help people achieve their professional goals
• you are convincing with your German language skills on the phone, by email or in a personal conversation and remain authentic and focussed
• you are willing to work from Monday to Friday between 08:00 to 19:00 and once a month an additional Saturday appointment (10:00-19:00) including an information evening
