- You process customer concerns in the back office and ensure competent and solution-orientated support
- You continuously maintain data in the in-house operating system, so that customer data remains up-to-date and correct
- You check documents conscientiously
- You process tariff and contract changes reliably and ensure smooth processes
- You provide friendly and helpful support at the customer counter and on the phone
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an office management assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you already have experience in administration or customer service
- You are confident and experienced in using Office applications and the common CRM/ERP systems
- You are characterised by diligence and a structured way of working
- A friendly and service-oriented manner is a matter of course for you and ensures pleasant cooperation
- Reliability, resilience and the ability to work in a team characterise your everyday work
- You have a good knowledge of German and a valid work permit
