- You answer incoming telephone calls in the customer service centre in a friendly and solution-oriented manner
- You actively support your customers in arranging suitable appointments with our customer advisors and coordinate these reliably
- With a targeted approach, you process campaigns and offer appointments or products on specified topics
- You are the contact person by e-mail for the concerns and orders of our existing customers
Requirements
