• You handle export shipments independently, register them according to the customer's specifications:in various portals or by e-mail and ensure correct documentation
• You reliably compile and distribute the export documents and register them in ATLAS, including archiving all relevant documents
• You monitor export declarations and coordinate transport-related conditions for series and special transports
• You check and process freight invoices and tax assessments competently in both export and import
• You actively participate in the maintenance and control of customs-relevant master data in the workflow and in the classification of goods for parts manufactured in-house
• You check the conditions for proof of origin and issue supplier declarations according to the specifications

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position in the field of import/export, customs clearance or forwarding (m/f/d) characterise you
• Sound knowledge of customs law, foreign trade law and export control (e.g. ATLAS procedure, tariffs, rules of origin, Incoterms) supports your everyday work
• Solid knowledge of SAP (modules SD/MM or similar ERP systems for export control). ATLAS procedure, tariff classification of goods, rules of origin, Incoterms) will support your day-to-day work
• Solid knowledge of SAP (modules SD/MM) or similar ERP systems for master data maintenance is available
• You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, you are confident
• even under time pressure or tight delivery deadlines, you work reliably and correctly
• good to business fluent English skills are important for international correspondence
• a business fluent knowledge of German is mandatory
