• You coordinate cross-border goods traffic independently and ensure that all processes run smoothly
• You prepare and check customs and export documents, for example in the ATLAS system
• You guarantee compliance with customs regulations and foreign trade laws through targeted checks and documentation
• You handle import and export processes independently using IT procedures such as ATLAS and act as the central interface between customs offices, forwarding agents and internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Logistics
• Conscientiously prepare and check export accompanying documents, commercial invoices and certificates of origin
• Declare uncleared goods to the authorities and monitor the entire import process
• You are responsible for classifying goods in the customs tariff scheme, applying preferential law and monitoring compliance with foreign trade regulations

• You have successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) with a focus on customs or have completed further training as a customs and export processing specialist
• Experience in the application of customs tariffs (electronic customs tariff - EZT) and in the use of customs software (e.g. ATLAS procedure). ATLAS procedure)
• Knowledge of foreign trade law and the processing of customs and export procedures are part of your professional profile
• Skills in written and spoken English enable you to communicate in an international environment
• You are confident in using MS Office and use the programmes efficiently
