Job description
- You coordinate and schedule shipping orders independently and maintain an overview of all shipping processes
- You carefully create and record invoices so that the accounting department always receives up-to-date and correct data
- You routinely prepare shipping and export documents as well as A.TR documents and ensure that international goods traffic runs smoothly
- You process and record customs declarations reliably, ensuring correct processing and documentation
- Processing price enquiries and shipping orders is just as much a part of your job as tracking deadlines, so that you always have an overview of the status
- You are the central point of contact for customers, transport and logistics service providers and ensure professional communication

You carry out general office tasks in a structured manner and use your organisational skills
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d) and have the necessary skills for the shipping area
- Experience in processing shipping orders at national and international level is a matter of course for you and you are very familiar with the respective requirements
- MS-Office and use the functions flexibly for your daily tasks
- You work routinely with the ATLAS software programme and ensure smooth customs clearance

You have a very good command of German and English, so that you can communicate easily with customers as well as in an international environment
