- You will be largely responsible for setting up and continuously developing the machining department
- You will be responsible for independently operating and setting up CNC or NC machines, including, for example, a new 3-axis milling centre with Siemens ONE control or Kaltenbach sawing, drilling and milling centres as well as mechanical machines such as the Donauflex drilling machine
- The programming of the machines, for example via Siemens ONE, independently and use your expertise to optimise processes
- You reliably complete small series orders, ensuring the required quality and adherence to deadlines
- You take care of maintenance and servicing work on the machines used
- You actively participate in the expansion of the machine park for the machining department
- With colleagues from production, work preparation and logistics, you are responsible for work preparation and logistics
Requirements
- You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
- You have experience in the CNC machining of metals, Ideally, you have already worked with the Siemens ONE control system
- Your working style is independent and structured
- You are very familiar with CNC milling centres and/or drilling machines
- You are willing to work in shifts
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
