- You will produce individual items and small batches, processing component weights of up to 1000 kg
- You will use your expertise to process a wide range of materials, including structural steel, stainless steel, aluminium and plastics, aluminium and plastics
- You will be responsible for operating conventional lathes
- You will also carry out milling and turning work using modern CNC machines
- In addition, you will be responsible for operating a conventional horizontal boring machine
- Your tasks will also include collision checks and optimising tool paths
Requirements
- Your completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), lathe operator (m/f/d), metalworker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification forms the basis for this position
- In addition, you have a good understanding of reading technical drawings
- Professional experience in plant or special machine construction is desirable
- In addition, you are characterised by your independent, conscientious and accurate way of working
- You are ready to work in a 2 to 3-shift system
- Prerequisites for employment are valid work papers (work permit) and knowledge of spoken German
