- You will independently set up, operate and safely programme CNC machines - working flexibly as part of multi-machine operation in a 3-shift system
- You will carry out quality checks independently, using visual, dimensional, shape and position checks with the help of modern measuring technology
- You will reliably report back work processes and document all relevant data, so that complete traceability is guaranteed
- You continuously monitor and optimise the machining processes and actively contribute your suggestions
- You carry out maintenance work on the production machines independently to ensure that they remain in a reliable condition
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) or in a comparable metal profession, such as industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in metal processing as a machine and plant operator, especially with Fanuc and/or Heidenhain controls, You will make targeted use of this experience in everyday production
- You will be able to read technical drawings confidently and implement the specifications routinely
- Basic PC knowledge will make it easier for you to work with documentation and control systems
- Your work style is characterised by a sense of quality and responsibility and will support you in carrying out challenging tasks
- With the ability to work in a team, commitment and reliability, you will impress your colleagues
- You are fully prepared to work independently in a 3-shift system
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
