• You will set up and programme cutting machines in a targeted manner and operate both individual machines and several machines simultaneously
• You will successfully produce precise turned parts according to work plans and drawings, keeping an eye on every production step
• You reliably process work orders and consistently adhere to all specified production deadlines and quality requirements
• You conscientiously record your processing times in the PDA system to ensure transparent processes at all times
• You not only create CNC programmes independently, but also expertly make the necessary corrections
• When producing new parts, you independently select the appropriate tools and clamping devices and thus contribute to a smooth production process
• With the 4-eyes principle, you take over the worker self-monitoring, conscientiously document all test steps and ensure consistently high quality
• You carry out quality monitoring based on the test plan, using various measuring tools, height gauges and measuring machines
• You are also actively involved in the maintenance, cleaning and servicing of the machines, tools and clamping devices and contribute to their longevity
• You carry out deburring and reworking independently and ensure a perfect end result

• Your completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) specialising in CNC turning, as a toolmaker (m/f/d) or in a similar field forms the foundation for your successful start
• You are experienced in working with CNC automatic lathes, you are proficient in programming and setting up new parts
• If you have already gained experience with Fanuc or Mazak controls, this is an advantage, this is an advantage, but not a mandatory requirement
• You are experienced in using testing and measuring equipment and can therefore continuously check the quality of your work
• You are also willing to work in 3-shift operation and adapt flexibly to changing working hours
• You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
